Yep, ruined by design. The giant social media siloed cesspools have "made" a lot of revenue and profit off of division and conflict because it's engagement. And as long as Wall Street is pleased, then these social media cesspools will continue to be big havens of fear-mongering, harassment, and worse.

Can users find good on these giant, mainstream, siloed cesspools? Sure, but I thought that the concern in recent years was to eliminate the platforms that fomented trouble.
